Mental capacity and Decision-Making Post 16 Workshop 2nd July

We have spaces available for our Mental capacity and Decision-Making Post 16 workshop tomorrow from 10:30am - 12pm.

This workshop is for parents/carers, young people and practitioners to understand the changes in decision making for post 16.

Based on the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Code of Practice you will gain an understanding of:

• young people’s rights to make their own decisions (from year 9 onwards)
• The principles of mental capacity
• where to get further information
