Mental capacity and Decision-Making Post 16 Workshop Wednesday 4th October 10:30am-12pm
We are offering this workshop for parents/carers, young people and practitioners to understand the changes in decision making for post 16.
Based on the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Code of Practice you will gain an understanding of:
- young people’s rights to make their own decisions (from year 9 onwards)
- The principles of mental capacity
