Temporary change to service delivery

It will be business as usual with a temporary change to service delivery due to the situation with Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the advice from the Government and Kent County Council. We will continue to offer information, advice and support over the telephone and email and will be exploring other methods to
hold virtual meetings.

There is no change to our opening hours, which remain 9.00 – 5.00 week-days. With immediate effect all face to face meetings are suspended in the interest of the families we support, our communities and staff.

We appreciate this may cause inconvenience, our experienced staff will continue to support you with paperwork, as well as any other queries you have about your child’s
special educational needs and disabilities.
