IASK Values - Live Poll, please give us your views!
Kent County Council are setting out a new service level agreement (called an’ SLA’) for Information, Advice and Support Kent (IASK).
The service level agreement sets out what is expected of IASK and is based on the National minimum quality standards for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Information, Advice and Support Services.
Kent County Council and IASK would like to ensure the Service Level Agreement contains the views of children and young people with SEND and their parents about the values that IASK adopt when working with families who use the service.
The values were developed through a joint commissioning co-production meeting relating to Kent County Council social care services, which have been adapted and added to by the IASK Steering Group on 23rd July 2020.
We would like to invite you to take part in a poll about which of the values you feel best describe what you expect from the IASK Service. Please click the button below to take part in our poll:
This poll will be open for one week.
