KCC Short Breaks Survey

CC SURVEY - HAVE YOUR SAY!: Kent County Council has launched an online survey for parents of children with a disability/SEN and those who work with parents and disabled children, to gather views about short breaks activities (including our Family Days/Events), personal budgets and care and support services.
